In recent years, the chemical and petrochemical industries have made alternative demands on resistance to pressure waves.
Test
Very high positive specific impulse can be generated for the test by means of the shock tube. This can be proven by special pressure tests in closed systems.
As a supplement to the normative specifications, a separate guideline was created by the PfB. Note: This guideline will be revised again on the basis of the tests.
