Movement absorption
The test of the movement absorption capacity (resistance to dynamic alternating loads) of building connections is carried out on prefabricated test samples in a test fixture.
Test
The length of the test sample is 400 mm according to ÖNORM 6400-2 or 500 mm according to MO-01. The connection profile is mounted on a frame ETICS system according to the manufacturers specifications. The test sample is clamped in a test device in such a way that the movement absorption of the connection profile in expansion/compression, longitudinal shear and transverse shear can be determined one after the other.
For each movement load, 3000 cycles with a frequency of 0.05 Hz are performed. The force-time and displacement-time curves are recorded continuously. No cohesion or adhesion fractures may occur.
