Fittings and Hardware
PfB is an accredited certification body according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065 and can offer you hardware tests and corresponding certification certificates according to various standards. The range of services extends from tests on door hardware components, such as profile cylinders, door locks or door handle sets, to tests on window handles or closures for tilt and turn windows and lift and slide doors.
Among other things, we test the long-term functionality, the protection against misuse or the protective effect in accordance with the standard.
We offer the possibility to take over the prescribed half-yearly or annual factory production control WEP. The test samples are delivered to the PfB on a regular basis. The tests are then carried out at the PfB in accordance with the standard and returned with the results.
